Long ago when souls first incarnated into the human on Earth, there needed to be beings that would oversee their entire life from birth until death. These beings are called Primary Guides, because they are the first and last being to have a direct influence over your lifetime.
Primary guides have been called by many names: Angels, Guardian Angels, Gatekeepers, God. You may call this influence on your life any name you are comfortable with.
You only have one primary guide and their main responsibility is to execute your soul's plan that it created before you incarnated. To achieve your soul's goals requires bringing in secondary guides on a daily basis.
The difference between a primary guide and a secondary guide isn't based on their evolution, experiences or even expertise. Simply, the primary guide has chosen to be with one human for their entire life, and a secondary guide has chosen to influence them for a duration of time that is directly dependent upon the benefit to and fulfillment of the human's needs.
Secondary guides could be helping a human with health, career, relationships, or any day-to-day need, and their help could be useful for moments, minutes or years.
Every human has more than one secondary guide at any given time. And they have also been called by various names.
You don't choose the being that guides you; it is the being that chooses you. So, when you call out and expect some name of some being to come, the being that actually comes is the one who can help you the most.
Often times when you think you need a particular name, and call on that being to help you, the actual being who comes to help can be different. This mistaken identity would happen because of one's limited acceptance of the greater spiritual realm and assistance available.
If a guide comes to help us, it is because they are the best being to help. It is extremely valuable to trust this process so you can feel confident that your highest benefit is always being received from your guides.
Therefore, when you put a call out for information or healing or assistance of any kind, be open to the being that may answer your call and help you in the most effective, purposeful manner.
Get to know the names and identities of the beings that help you and how they feel, so you can cultivate friendships with them just as you have friendships with other human beings.
You are meant to have friendships with nonphysical beings.

Genuine spiritual relationships are not as rare as some might think. Soul mates, twin flames, life partners, marriage. . . We are going to clarify the difference and similarities.
It is every person's destiny to be in relationship with another person. Relationships are our greatest opportunity to receive the spiritual experiences our soul wanted to have when it planned and envisioned this most beneficial lifetime.
Humans are not naturally meant to be alone or isolated; it goes against how the Source designed the incarnation experience on Earth of a soul existing in the human body. Most people feel drawn to be with someone, as a partner in life, for the short term or long term.
The length a relationship is purposeful, is solely based on how the relationship serves experiences that both souls wanted to receive. This is called a mutual benefit on a spiritual level. We don't always see or know what that benefit is when we're in the middle of it, but it helps us to consider indirect benefits or ones that aren't obvious.
There's no greater goal than to honor the journey of human contact and interaction, especially the mate that a human chooses for a long-term relationship.
However, two souls destined to meet does not mean that the two souls are soul mates or that the two souls have even incarnated together previously. It simply means that there was a purpose for them meeting. It's helpful to remain connected to the deeper value of a relationship.
Life partners, someone who you are meant or believe you're meant to journey life with for an extended period of time, quite possibly your entire life, has tremendous value in presenting you with spiritual and personal transformation, mentally, emotionally and physically. And you provide the same to them.
Whether a couple chooses to call this marriage or twin flame or any other label, is supportive to integrating the commitment and depth of the relationship.
However, true soul mates have more of a familial relationship, being birthed from the Source as a soul group at the same time with a bond that is long-term, spanning all lifetimes and the entirety of their soul's existence, providing opportunities to be life partners or not.
Soul mates will always be involved in the life or existence of their fellow soul mate. This involvement can take a number of forms, such as serving as a nonphysical spiritual guide during the lifetime of another soul mate.
The most important point to cultivate understanding of your soul mate is not asking the question, "Where are they on the planet and when will I meet them?" But simply ask, "What is their role right now in the greater realm of existence?"
For the person you are meant to journey life with right now, the question to ask is, "Who is the most purposeful person for me to spend my life with, and who can support my soul in achieving its experiences?"
This person may be a soul mate, if your soul mate is incarnated at this time, or it may be a soul that’s not your soul mate who you've incarnated and existed with previously, or a soul that is more or less new in this type of human interaction with you on Earth. Let that part be revealed after you meet them, over time, through meditation and the natural evolution of experiences together.

High emotions can greatly reduce happiness and intimacy, leading to pain and suffering.
Charged-up relationships feel volatile. How do we turn a triggering situation with someone into an empowering opportunity to feel abundant peace and happiness?
The short answer is to love yourself, which allows you to love others, but this is how you get there:
My relationships with close family and my life partner is highly emotional at times. We know this is part of being human in today's world. We can experience heightened emotions with loved ones.
People show a spectrum of love, and that is what we really want to remember when understanding the path to feeling more love. Our love is expressed clearer sometimes than others.
Holidays, big transitions, and differences of opinion, often shine light on the parts of us that express unclear love.
At the seven-year point in a relationship, many couples have talked about it being a point of challenge.
You may know that Melissa is my personal and professional partner, and we experienced this pivotal seven-year time as our most *challenging* and *opportunistic* year recently. We asked the question, "What is our next step?"
Our answer was, "Embrace the extreme light illuminating the unclear love, breathe, feel, hold hands, and move through it."
Within this most challenging time, we faced the opportunity to love more abundantly, and decided to get married. We focused more energy on the clear love, so that the unclear love could be understood and recreated.
Relationships create this opportunity for all of us, but so do career transitions, financial setbacks, as well as health crisis. We have so many opportunities each day and year to see how we are expressing love unclearly, so we can choose to love stronger and more abundantly.
It's important to keep as much, or more energy, on the clear ways we express love. We look at who, how and when we express clear love. This process aligns us with 'soul-based love', or true, real love.
This journey into expressing clear love and the path of soul-based living is absolutely a patient, courageous journey. It is not easy all the time. In fact, the soul-based path is always challenging us. But it's how we choose to experience these challenges that make the big difference of whether we feel pain or peace.
Tips to express more abundant clear love:
1. Pause and be patient, because it's healthy to step away to breathe and understand the situation.
2. Ask for professional help. Friends are great, but biased, untrained advice can actually make it worse for you. I've seen this unprofessional advice break up marriages with children and take people off path.
3. Join a community of like-minded individuals who want to pursue soul-based living with you!

Manifesting a purposeful life is more important than manifesting a long life.
Refocusing our underlying motivation is how we can better create our soul's destiny!
Consider pivoting from, "May you have a long and happy life," to "May you live a purposeful and soul-based life."
Our soul's viewpoint is not to extend future moments, but to be present for this moment, here, now.
Our soul sees the length of a life not as better or worse, but instead asks the questions at the completion of its life, "What opportunities did I seize? Did I choose to love and accept, when it was most difficult? Did I contribute what I intended to share with the Earth?"
The soul does not consider how its body could have looked younger or stayed healthier, unless of course it was related to one of its other objectives. Taking care of oneself is certainly a form of self-love. It is important, but...
Mainstream culture is fixated on living long and looking young. Health and longevity is an incredible goal, but not at the expense of your soul's life experiences, the very destiny it envisioned before this life.
Soul-based living embraces the qualities of our soul, such as patience, detachment and the pursuit of understanding, which allows for an expansive experience of accepting one's life circumstances each moment. Whether those life circumstances seem like a step backward or a step forward, embracing and accepting them anchors you into the present moment.
God-The Source has taught me through the experience of the Five Accomplishments®, how to identify and cultivate passion for my soul's goals in this life. To be able to look at the resistance of my human self and use the alignment with my soul to step through it. Most importantly, not to ever sacrifice being connected to myself in the present moment. Being grounded and present in this moment is our highest and first priority.
Three things you can do right now to help manifest your soul's destiny:
1. See yourself as the eternal soul with a true destiny, and imagine how your patient, loving soul would approach each moment. Learn soul-based living.
2. Identify the human parts of you that are resisting this soul-based approach. These resistant parts are ego-based perspectives.
3. Most of all, embrace, love and accept this moment, so you have the power to choose what to do in the next moment.
I am reminded by God as I am writing this that we take no physical things from this life with us, when we leave this body and life. We simply take the experiences with us, by being present for as many moments as we possibly can.

Influences are constantly affecting our ability to manifest. Teachers are tapping into higher levels of manifesting: conscious thoughts; then, subconscious thoughts; finally, manifesting beyond the Law of Attraction altogether.
It's likely many people reading this are thinking, how can something be more effective than even the "Law of Attraction"...it's a universal law, isn't it?
The interesting, missed understanding about universal laws, is they mostly govern our physical experience, but there are exceptions, for instance, where the Law of Attraction does not govern our life direction, in the context of focusing our thoughts to manifest something.
Manifesting beyond the Law of Attraction does involve our conscious and subconscious mind, and something else...aligning with our soul's life purpose.
'Soul Manifesting' is an approach to manifesting that is far more effective, in so many ways, than only using 'Mental Manifesting'. They complement each other, and they are quite different at the same time.
Mental Manifesting is the common understanding of focusing thoughts to produce an outcome or manifestation. Powerful, yes. But the issue with this is without a grounded spiritual context, resistance can sometimes be experienced.
You will eliminate resistance and completely move into the 'flow' of your destiny by including Spirit, or Soul Manifesting.
Spirit, or spiritual guides, are assisting us. They are actually redirecting our life path and influencing our choices, based on a template that was created before we incarnated. This template is our mission, itinerary or life destiny. This was created by our soul, the eternal part of us. It has been called a life contract, government of life, or life destiny.
Because every person has spiritual guides, and these spiritual guides honor the most revered Universal Law of Free Will, we can choose to create anything in this life...
But if what you choose as a human being is not in alignment with what your soul chose before it incarnated, your spiritual guides will not assist you in that creation. Your spiritual guides may even attempt to redirect you to what your soul did intend to experience in this life. This redirection happens when people are 'off path', 'feel stuck' or continue to ignore a nagging feeling or intuition to go in a different direction.
By aligning with our soul's vision for this life, which is supported and preferred by our spiritual guides, we open up to the most powerful manifestation that can be known as a human.
This unleashes your fullest potential as a human to manifest what your soul wanted to experience in this life.
Passion, fulfillment and happiness come from this alignment.
Though remember...the journey into this alignment could feel challenging and seem a bit scary at first. Eventually, it is felt as exhilaration and joy, so please be patient with yourself.
You can manifest in a way that is aligned with your soul's plan and purpose. You can produce the greatest experience of your life – start today!

Many people don't feel a relationship with spirit. Instead, they feel disconnected. But deep down, everyone wants to feel oneness with spirit.
Questioning if spirit is with you, produces doubtful feelings. Don't question it, or wait for 'proof'. Create your own 'proof'.
Spirit is always with you, each moment of your existence, in a real way.
Be ambitious. Tap into your relationship with spirit. Create your spiritual oneness.
Here's how you can get started.
Some people have a huge epiphany where God shakes the house and flickers the lights, then all of a sudden, a booming voice comes into the mind, "You will follow me sooner or later. This will decide when you begin the next step to mastery. Take my hand..." This was actually my story and I was one of those few people who had a ground-shaking epiphany.
Maybe a fraction of a percent of people have this type of epiphany.
"Why?" is a good question. It's based on what is purposeful for someone and their life.
To create oneness with spirit, do not compare your daily experience to other people's experiences or your own past.
In my case, it was purposeful. It's made for a great story to share and illustrate points. It is what I needed to move into this spiritual life and purpose as a Voice Channeler® for the Divine's teachings in our books and trainings. I'm thankful for it.
But to maintain the strength of oneness that originally came into my life, I had to 'try' and 'work' at it. Spirit may have made it easier for me to feel, see, hear and know them in the first two months, back in 2001, but then I had to carry what we call, 'the power line', which is the ability to hold the strength of energy without spirit's more obvious intervention. From that point forward, it wasn't easy sometimes to maintain the oneness with spirit and spiritual clarity every day. I'm grateful to spirit for giving me our Voice Channeling® training, as it continues to help me develop into deeper oneness with spirit.
The key is creating a lifestyle around being able to maintain oneness with spirit.
Creating a spiritual lifestyle is a step-by-step process of structuring more of our physical, behavioral, mental and emotional experiences to be aligned with our spiritual or soul experience.
New Three University calls this, "Soul-Based Living."
Look at what your connection with spirit is in the moment and the next step you can take to integrate it and enhance it.
1. Start with inviting spirit, or the name you use for your higher power, into simple moments of washing dishes, bathing, driving, sitting, and feel what it's like over time of just simply being with spirit as a feeling.
2. Create the feeling of what you'd imagine it's like to feel spirit and be with God. . .
And remember that You Are Loved Unconditionally and Deserving of Your Own Divine Connection!

Your situation hasn't changed. . . but you've done the work to change your thoughts about the situation and there is no perceived improvement, what do you do?
To break through the areas that seem impossible, you want to understand subconscious healing. And as you read on, you'll learn an exercise to move your inner and outer mountains!
Let's get real with the underlying reason we feel inner conflict: When two or more parts of you are thinking or creating something different, you experience inner conflict.
Changing the sabotaging part of you is not the hard part.
Revealing that conflicting part is often the illusive journey.
Once it's revealed, you can change your mind and everything else falls into place. Your reality is changed and the Universe moves into alignment with it.
To this day, I continue to find hidden parts of myself that are tugging on what my soul wants me to manifest. There are thoughts of unacceptance and thoughts that tell me not to create my greatest health and wellbeing. There are so many conflicting thoughts we all have, but when we identify them, we receive the keys to our next level of freedom and inner peace.
There are many techniques that exist to help you find the sabotaging thoughts. New Three® University has an incredible Subconscious Healing Technique in our Five Accomplishments® Coaching certification.
I want to give you a super simple way to begin identifying and transforming these unwanted thoughts right now!
This exercise is not easy to do because it challenges you to love yourself unconditionally. Believe it or not, loving ourselves unconditionally is not so easy.
Here's how you do it!
When you experience something unwanted, like an argument with someone or a problem at work or home, ask yourself the simple question, "What part of me wanted to feel the way I did about this situation?"
I'm not saying that your situation is something you'd prefer to have happen, or that you agree with what happened. Ask your inner self to be open to learning about why you wanted to experience the feeling that situation brought up for you.
It's normal to think that uncomfortable feelings which situations bring up is not preferred, and this is true for part of you.
The other part of you that is feeling uncomfortable, actually did want to feel that way, or you'd be feeling differently.
Taking responsibility for what we are creating and learning why we want to create it, gives us the power to change it. Typically, when things happen that feel uncomfortable, the last thing someone will acknowledge is they want to feel that way. However, acknowledging that it is how you are choosing to feel is your way to move mountains in your life.
This approach can also work for physical issues, as well as emotional and mental discomforts, because our total thoughts–conscious and subconscious–create our reality.
It's time for you to focus on what you are subconsciously creating, so you can wield your complete power to change your life!

You get an "intuition" about something, and then your mind starts building a picture around your intuition, placing your own thoughts, preferences or even fears into it.
Without realizing it, you've turned an initial clear "psychic hit" into a confusing version that can take you off path.
Coloring intuition is extremely common, for different reasons, and everyone has experienced some version of this.
There is one way to make an instant shift, so you can trust your psychic hits. Your intuition is received on a vibratory level that is more subtle than your thoughts, emotions and physical body.
Calming, centering and grounding your total energetic system will allow you to interpret the subtle energy from your intuition. This isn't just a recommendation for clarity, it is a necessity.
This is how you do it. . .
We are emotional beings and our emotions give depth and beauty to our life. However, interpreting your intuition while being emotional will not cultivate the confidence and clarity of your full psychic potential.
Intuition can occasionally initially break through powerful emotions and thoughts, but it's not something we can easily predict. So if you think you received an intuitive impression, the first priority is to calm your mental, emotional and physical energies completely. That way, you can receive the full, clear intuitive message.
Intuitive messages can be very detailed and informative. They include visions, feelings, knowing and thoughts or voices in your mind. To receive the greatest value from your psychic potential means using a technique, meditation or practice to calm, center and ground all of your energies. Then you will have intuitive clarity.
With Melissa and I traveling so often, it has been important for us to remain intuitively clear about where and when we go to our next destination. Just this week we were planning to move to a new location, and by staying intuitively connected, we were able to know—very clearly—that the timing for our move had changed to six months away. If we would have continued to act on the previous information we received about moving, our life and purpose would not have flowed or manifested as productively. Therefore, another reason to stay intuitively clear and connected is because circumstances in the world change sometimes and as a result, your direction will change.
Try this out: Wait to act on your intuitive impression until you open up space in your day to use a meditation or technique to calm your mind, emotion and body completely, so you can have the clearest interpretation of the full intuitive picture. This validating experience will make a huge difference in your life.
I create a few dozen, or more, of these pockets of space every day. You might wonder how to do this in the busyness of your day. I do it in the car, on walks, lunch breaks, even bathroom breaks. This allows me to stay tuned in to the highest benefit and life direction for myself, my loved ones, as well as my clients and students. By cultivating a patient, daily approach with your intuition, you'll feel the deepest confidence with your decision-making.
New Three® University Training that teaches a technique, meditation and practice to calm, center and ground all of your energies to receive intuitive clarity is Psychic Retrieval®
Have you felt that you are sensitive to people and situations?
Looking back, you may notice that you picked up on people's feelings, thoughts, and even physical pains and discomforts. This likely means you are a strong intuitive feeler, also known as clairsentience.
When interacting with people as an intuitive feeler, you must be aware of two things:
1. Read energy, instead of experiencing or taking on energy.
2. Maintain a grounded energy or aura.
These two things will significantly support a sensitive feeler in their daily interactions to be unaffected by other people's energy and feel more at peace.
As a child, when my parents would walk through the front door after a long day at work, I would feel into or sense their energy to determine their emotional and mental state. This helped me discern how approachable they were with my questions and needs, as well as their level of acceptance or unacceptance of me.
When we're children, we learned to navigate the imbalances of our parents and other people, and that process for navigating is brought into our adult life. It was helpful when we were children. It can be helpful in our adult lives as well, but with an important change.
For strong feelers who are sensitive, it is very important to train yourself to read people's energy instead of experiencing their energy and taking their energy into yourself. This is analogous to reading the pages of a book versus tearing them out and eating them. You want to be able to read the pages of a person and then be able to put the book down and not have it affect you. This often requires working with a coach or practitioner to transform subconscious patterns in your mind.
Having your energies completely grounded means your energies and consciousness are within your own space and body. This energetic phenomenon has been called being present. Being grounded, or present, is essential to being able to read energies instead of taking them on. The teaching of being completely grounded in your body is vast, but it begins with self-acceptance and self-love, and then acceptance of the world around you.

When a prophetic vision comes to you, a vision of the future, you may feel a sense of urgency for the vision to come true. This is because when we receive a prophetic vision it's often a powerful experience for us.
Unfortunately, many people misunderstand the timing of their vision and become disappointed or doubt themselves. Receiving a future vision today, does not mean it will happen today, next year, or even ten years from now.
It is very helpful to discern the accurate timing of your vision and your participation with it. You may have a specific role with the vision that needs to be understood. Having context for your vision in relation to your whole life is just as important as the vision itself.
I wrote my first book, Age of the Soul, using channeled writing in 2006. While channeling the book, I received a prophetic vision about a physical university to be co-created with myself, other like-minded individuals, and God-The Source. However, now eleven years later, the actual timing for the physical university is not today, but years down the road.
There have been many steps up to today and steps that will be taken before the physical institution is built and available to the world. Our present step has been bringing the initial university certification courses to cities around the world, without a "physical" established location.
The excitement and impact of the incredible vision I received eleven years ago made me want to manifest it immediately. But in most cases, a practical timeline must also be clarified intuitively, so that we can accurately and effectively manifest what we are shown in vision.
Determining the “when” is a result of using all four intuitive senses, combined with your mind, so you can build a complete picture of when and how the vision is meant to be used or happen.
This means that relying only on vision, your intuitive seeing, does not complete the picture for you. You also need your intuitive hearing, feeling and knowing to explain your intuitive vision. All four intuitive qualities work together.
To increase the accuracy of your prophetic visions manifesting, be sure to maintain an intuitive connection ongoing with how things may change and the practical steps that you must take over time. Things do change because of such factors that include: free will, highest benefit of all, and simply a change of circumstances with your own life.
Remember to strengthen all four of your intuitive senses. As a result, you'll receive everything that your prophetic visions want you to know!

Feeling powerless and trapped, doing things you don’t want to do, is one of the worst feelings.
Have you been invited to go out with friends and told them, “I can’t go because I need to do something?”
It's common to provide them with a reason that you “have to do”, “should do” or “need to do” some other obligation. This view is particularly disempowering and will leave you feeling some sense of contracted energy or inner conflict.
The true objective reality is we don’t do something out of 'need', we do it out of 'want'. This is true with everything we do. We do it because we want to do it. On some level, we are choosing to participate in the experience, even though we believe we have no choice.
Let's illustrate it with a common example: You are low on food, so you decide it is important to purchase groceries at the market. When someone asks you to go out with them, you consciously or subconsciously make the decision that you want to pick up groceries more than you want to go out with them.
You don't tell them that. Instead, you say you can't do it and need to do something else. After all, your friends might feel offended if you told them you'd rather go to the grocery store than hang out with them. We place ourselves in a disempowered state that gives the appearance we have no choice.
'Want' is the key word here. You could go days more without groceries, however, you might not have the meals you want or your child might not have a school lunch. So, you decide on some level you 'want' to pick up groceries that night instead of hanging out with someone.
The express ticket to the most empowering experience is to eliminate the dispassion of going to the market by changing the words you use when you speak about it or think about it.
On most topics, there is inner conflict happening with two or more parts of us. This causes stress, worry, pain and suffering. It detracts from peace and feeling empowered.
In Five Accomplishments® Coaching, we guide you into building your Treasure Map to Your Soul, of all the conflicting parts within you that are causing even the least bit of dispassion or discomfort. Go on a treasure hunt to find the conflicting parts of you that resist owning the fact that you are choosing your reality.
Your simple but Big Step is anytime you find yourself saying that you “have to do”, “should do” or “need to do” something, change the words to “I want to do” it.
See how you feel. See how dispassion begins to dissolve and the difference it makes in your happiness.

When our mind and heart do not believe that we are doing as well as we could be, or that life is not going as well as it could go, we move out of alignment with our soul’s vibration and purpose.
A detrimental ripple effect is created from the moment we acknowledge:
"Something feels wrong."
No matter how developed a person is or how much they have transformed within themselves, we’ve all felt this.
Unfortunately, when we linger in these thoughts, it will tug and pull us away from the natural rhythm and vibration of our loving soul. As this happens, we move out of alignment with our highest path and greatest wellbeing. It also greatly colors how we see life.
The old paradigm is about changing something physically, outside of us.
The new paradigm is about changing our perspective of the situation, person or thing.
Often clients will initially come to me asking how they can change a loved one, a partner or child’s behavior. It’s common for me to hear, “How do I get them to stop doing this?” or “How do I get them to do this?” My reply every time is, “Change your perspective of the situation and allow the situation to align with your new perspective.”
We can change our own perspective and have the new perspective change the physical world around us in the most immediate and impactful way.
Please take a moment to meditate on this approach, because while it sounds simple and probably something you believe you’ve done or heard before, it takes tremendous patience. It is super simple to understand in theory, but can be very challenging to put into practice consistently. Patience is key. It is through patience with yourself, as you change a perspective on a situation and with those involved, that you will see energy move and reality become different.
Situations where you feel a tug or pull with a little voice saying something is ‘off’ or ‘wrong’ or ‘not okay’, do this:
1. Take a deep grounding breath into the present moment and feel your body.
2. Ask yourself the question and take your time to imagine, “If I was to envision and feel that this experience is ‘right’ and that I’m ‘okay’, what would it look like and feel like?” You may choose to journal about what you imagine.
At first, being patient with yourself to view situations this way may feel like effort, but you will eventually create a new perspective of viewing life from this soul-based perspective.
This is a perspective shift!
• By moving from ‘wrong’ to ‘right’ and from ‘not okay’ to ‘okay’, you will align with much more peace and passion for your life that exists now—in this moment.
• From there, you will know exactly what action to take next, if any.
You may not believe the new perspective at first. It may be difficult to get in touch with. Be patient. It is okay if it feels artificial at first. You are getting parts of you into alignment with your soul’s loving, peaceful nature.
This is one of many understandings to align with your soul and live a soul-based life.
As we take one step closer to soul alignment, we become more aligned with our soul’s purpose on this planet.

Each of us loses an immediate family member. The grieving process is natural and important, but at the same time we have an incredible opportunity to have a new and more expansive relationship with them as spirit, their nonphysical soul. Not only can we feel our deceased loved ones, but see them and even have a two-way conversation with them. We are never alone. Spirit is always with us.
Unexpectedly on June 12, 2017 my twenty-eight-year-old sister Jenna died. Her death and the circumstances around it were shocking and traumatic for our family, along with all the people that Jenna touched during her physical life.
Losing a person at such a young age is challenging because we know they had more of their life to live. She was planning her wedding and honeymoon the week she passed. I wish I had more time with her.
The third day after her passing, I was lying in bed anticipating flying from California to Maryland to be a part of the services. My own thoughts changed to advice about feeling patient and calm as I make my way through the airport, and to take my time being present. As this was happening, my intuitive knowing recognized it was Jenna speaking in my mind.
A vision of Jenna came to me the next day. She had the biggest, brightest smile and I could hear her voice in my mind saying, "I am great." She was showing me the absolute joy and peace she had as spirit. I received a glimpse of what it felt like and her big smile became contagious. I began smiling too.
Father's Day was her viewing and service. Before the public arrived, I was able to have a private viewing of her. I asked intuitively if Jenna's soul was with me and my intuition showed that she was with her mother, who needed her more at the time.
A little while later I kneeled by the casket to speak with her spirit. I felt her come into the space with me. She reassured me she had total peace and loves us. Then, she said her mom was arriving to the service, and a minute later she walked in.
Thereafter, Jenna would pop in my mind and provide me with guidance. She told me she would help me through challenges I had been experiencing. I feel grateful and cherish this new relationship we have. (Pictured left to right: Melissa Lilly and Jenna Lilly)
Everyone can continue their relationship with their deceased loved ones. Some loved ones who pass will become spiritual guides and some will simply be there to call on from time to time.
Consider two things:
1. Be open and allow yourself to experience your deceased loved ones as the loving spirit they are now, and...
2. Believe they want to continue being a part of your life and that they do want to communicate with you.
You may experience thoughts in your mind that seem like it's your loved one advising you, a vision of them, or a voice in your mind that you hear. It could be a simple knowing that they are with you, or a subtle feeling they are near.
Have you sensed something after your loved one passed?
Please believe it when you sense it. Share about this blessing with others so they may be inspired to continue a relationship with their deceased loved ones.
Our Voice Channeling® training teaches people how to directly communicate with their deceased loved ones and spiritual guides. Our Psychic Retrieval® training teaches people how to fully activate intuitive senses to perceive the nonphysical. Students have had phenomenal experiences with their deceased parents and loved ones actually embracing them, watching over and guiding them. Tremendous healing happens.
New Three® University Trainings to experience Oneness with Spirit: Voice Channeling® and to Become an Accurate Psychic: Psychic Retrieval®
Trusting a message that comes from seemingly nowhere, from an unseen, intangible source, may feel risky to you and you are not alone in your feelings.
When we witness something physical, we typically believe it more. You look into the eyes of your loved one, feel their warm embrace and hear them say, "I love you." You don't think for a moment it's not real or doubt the reality that it happened. But we doubt spirit.
We've been conditioned to trust our physical senses and doubt our nonphysical senses. It started at a very early age.
What if you gave as much validation to your nonphysical senses as you did to your physical ones? Then, when you receive an insight of how your spirit guide may appear, feel the sense of their presence and hear a thought come into your mind of something helpful, you will know that what happened is as real as your friend giving you a hug.
We are out of practice with this approach. We are desensitized to it. Trusting something nonphysical that you hear or see isn't just abnormal, it is seen as a mental illness by some or immature and weird by others. We have a valid reason to feel unsafe with our nonphysical senses, due to the bombardment of stimuli telling us it's only going to bring us rejection, pain and letdown.
Consider courageously practicing an approach to life where you perceive 50% with your nonphysical senses and 50% with your physical senses. For example, if you are having a conversation with someone, let their physical voice carry half the meaning and their unspoken thoughts and emotions carry the other half.
It is truly rewarding to choose to observe interactions with people from this 50/50 standpoint. I often observe communication 80% nonphysical and see the words spoken as a carrier for the true meaning, and this approach has been extremely helpful with coaching my clients and students. It has also cultivated a confidence in my ability to speak with spirit.
The way I sensitize myself to spirit each day is by giving as much validation, or more, to my nonphysical senses as I do my physical ones. While this may feel new at first for you to try, it will be extremely fulfilling in your pursuit of being a clear, confident medium and psychic.
Sensitize yourself to the beauty of existence experienced through your nonphysical ears, eyes, mind and feeling, or in other words your four intuitive qualities.
From this practice, you will begin to trust spirit more everyday and benefit from their messages to you.
New Three® University Training to Become an Accurate Psychic: Psychic Retrieval®
You think you got a message from spirit.
You are somewhere in the range of,
• "Maybe it happened, but maybe it didn't," to. . .
• "I am pretty confident that it was spirit, but not 100%."
You have doubts and all sorts of reasons why it was probably not spirit. You have decided it must be your mind or imagination and therefore untrue.
This is where most people STOP.
Sinking into their doubts, maybe even thinking self-deprecating thoughts about themselves, they blow off the message they received.
Have you done this before?
Everyone I've met, including myself, has felt this way at some point in their development of spiritual communication.
The nagging question of "Was it really spirit?" can close us down, and we want to redirect our energy in a way that opens us up.
Instead of focusing on proving whether the messages are from spirit, ask yourself the most important question:
"Does the message resonate with me, and does it help?"
Since your spiritual guidance is here to support you, the support you receive is what matters.
In asking yourself this new question, for a moment, you can take spirit out of the equation.
Imagine you came across the message in a post online or a friend shared it with you.
Does the message resonate with you, and does it help?
• Resonance means that it "rings true", "makes sense" and looks, feels or sounds "aligned" with you.
• Helpful means that it appears beneficial.
Chances are that the message is helpful and you can see the benefit of believing it and following the advice.
If the message helps, then it helps. And that's the point.
Spirit is giving you messages to help you and even if you're unsure if it came from spirit, please don't waste the great advice! 🙂
Come back to the question of, "Does this message resonate and does it help?" And if the answer is "YES," then take action.
Your confidence in receiving from spirit will grow over time. In hindsight you'll see the benefits of acting on the messages you receive.
