Relying on spirit for guidance this past year when there are so many different truths and perspectives has truly allowed Melissa and I to remain in peace, abundance and love.

When spirit comes to me and speaks clearly and powerfully, my aura is completely healed and the truth of spirit is so refreshing.

It’s like bathing in a heavenly light that fills me with a perfect state of mind, body and emotion. This photo of me was taken in Beverly Hills, CA, off Wilshire Blvd. I remember the feeling of spirit in that moment was strong.

I go into this space daily with spirit and I’m grateful that I’ve made my spiritual connection my #1 priority.

The answers I receive from spirit about my health, relationships, purpose and so many other things, are always helpful.

Sometimes the answers are unexpected and sometimes I would have preferred a different answer, but spirit is always helping me reach higher into my soul’s magical purpose.

While spirit’s love does not need to be proven, it certainly has been proven to me a thousand times.

Many people don't feel a relationship with spirit. Instead they feel disconnected. Deep down everyone wants to feel oneness with spirit.

In 2003 I was working for a natural body care company. Two years prior I had my epiphany with God-The Source, and since then had been talking to Spirit daily in channeling and working with them to heal my body and receive clear direction. I had so many problems and illnesses that Spirit guiding me completely healed.

I enjoyed my inside sales position talking to places like Whole Foods to get the natural care body line into stores. It was a pretty easy-going good job that paid well.

One evening I was home, taking a meditative fifteen-minute break lying down on my bed and all of the sudden the power of God-The Source comes to me and says, “Move, move north… move to Salt Lake City, Utah.” I had never been there, didn’t know anyone who lived in Utah and didn’t know anything about it.

“Wow, move…I have this job?” The Source said, “Go into work tomorrow and quit.” That was very scary for me because at that point I was twenty-seven, had a job and a great place to live, and had this spiritual thing I did where I was leading groups and doing sessions on the side. It was a major life change, a complete blind move to a location I knew nothing about. It was scary and there were a lot of subconscious things I hadn’t cleared yet that weren’t allowing me to go in the next day and quit.

Your psychic switch is always on, but for most people it’s only a small percentage of their total perception.

For us to transcend what we see with our eyes and feel the magic of touching the invisible universe we need to raise our psychic percentage to be the majority of our total perception of ourselves and life around us.

Right now the world operates from a place of relying on their physical senses of sight, sound, touch, smell and taste to understand and navigate life with only a very small percentage of psychic insight being used.

By relying on intuitive seeing, feeling, hearing and knowing and using our physical senses simply to back up and enhance what our psychic senses are already showing us, we will feel the full empowered potential we are capable of!

Unconditional Receiving. We have been taught that receiving is not something you allow openly. You've got to give, give, give and only then you can receive. What would it look like for you to truly unconditionally receive?

The ultimate expression of manifesting is receiving everything from the Universe, without needing to give anything back in return.

You may say, “That feels uncomfortable.” I want to invite you to consider what your life would be like if you gave yourself permission to receive all the energy that the Universe has to share with you. Without:

• judging it,
• micro managing it,
• doubting it,
• going into the ‘should I’, ‘but’
• and then trying to equate what you need to give back to reciprocate.

What if you just simply allowed and received everything from the Universe…people, places, situations in your life, Spirit, God…just be this receiver. *What if your purpose was simply, ‘receiving’?

Everything is energy.

Becoming sensitive and aware of our energy is the first step. That can simply be noticing discomforts. The opposite of wellness and perfect health is where we can say we’re uncomfortable, there’s something going on that’s uncomfortable, we don’t feel in our greatest place, state of mind, body and emotion.

Discomforts are definitely something I was aware of early on. I faced many health challenges physically. In middle and high school is when my health challenges really started taking a toll. Every couple weeks I’d come down with something, have pain, and it was really debilitating. It included:

• My digestive system was upset on a daily basis,
• I got to a point where I was having fainting and dizziness every day,
• I had chronic: migraine headaches, fatigue, infections,
• Respiratory issues in my throat like bronchitis and tonsillitis,
• Hypoglycemia…

My mother had me go to medical doctors who did tests, MRIs, gave me medicine, and nothing helped. That was very defeating and I know a lot of people feel that way that go through severe health challenges. Many feel they’re not getting the help that they would ideally like to receive. Maybe something helps a little but not fully. Or maybe something they do with western medicine makes it worse. That happened with me with some of the migraine medicines that produced their own symptoms and side effects.

Gifts are everywhere. Do you see the gifts in front of you now?

The energy of this new year is calling us to receive the multitude of gifts for our life purpose.

Each gift expands us, opens us, allows us to be present as our loving soul manifests its reason for being on the planet at this time.

Your soul created a life destiny consisting of major experiences and lessons it wanted to receive. You could also call it your purpose, because aligning with your soul’s destiny is certainly purposeful. But what does this mean and how do you stay on track?

When you are discovering the flow of your soul’s purpose, it helps to know what the flow feels like and looks like for you. Having an indicator or compass for when you are in FLOW will help you to stay on track.

These are examples of cartoons I grew up on. Around five years old I began watching scary movies that depicted poltergeists and evil spirit’s haunting and harming innocent people.

What was happening subconsciously is an even deeper disconnect from my innate knowing of what Spirit and God actually are, as all loving beings that would only do what is for our highest benefit. Now introduced to me was the possibility that these invisible forces could do harm to me.

Human potential is being accessed now more than ever by humanity. It’s the time we’re in, this great shift of the ages called the Age of the Soul, where we are returning to our eternal spiritual nature—LOVE.

Support from Spirit Guides is stronger than ever, in the history of our incarnation experience, because of a Divine Plan that was set in motion millions of years ago for how our evolution as a species would unfold. The spiritual significance of this era is that while it may not be so apparent, humanity is transcending ego-based living. This ascension or alignment into our soul self is possible and Spirit has a plan to help us accomplish soul-based living.

Their plan is for them:

• to be more involved in our day-to-day lives,
• to help us make more soul-based decisions,
• and understand what true unconditional love is and how to experience it.

But for them to help, we need to:

1. Ask, expecting to receive answers every time with confidence, humility and patience,

Our greatest assurance of being in the highest health, wellbeing and capability to manifest our dreams and purpose, is becoming soul-based. This gift to ourselves means we are in a sustainable, constant connection with our human potential and living it.

Soul-Based Living is an energetic potential that provides us with access to the infinite wisdom of our soul. The path of aligning with this potential is cultivating awareness of our self so that we may choose soul-based experiences over ego-based ones.

Therefore, healing or transformation is simply a matter of choice,

This explanation I have shared is the interesting balance of living as a soul in physical form and choosing unconditional love in this moment, given the circumstances that are happening in the world around you. A Spirit Guide’s job is not to judge our choices as ‘wrong’ or ‘right’. A Spirit Guide’s job is to help nudge us into more alignment with our soul’s nature and our soul’s purpose.

Transparency is not common today. What is much more common is showing or sharing an emotional self that is acceptable to the world that will not be judged by others. Therefore, people’s feelings are often even hidden from themselves.

You Are God’s Bridge to Heaven on Earth. You have the power and free will to choose to keep us in the dark ages of consciousness, or to illuminate this world with the truths and the powers that are within each and every person.

Humanity’s eyes have been closed, and our hearts have been overshadowed and desensitized. The full color spectrum of feeling, seeing, hearing and knowing this magical, beautiful, loving existence as a human being – as a soul incarnated – is opening up completely right now!

Heaven on Earth is a journey of ‘realignment’, because you’re literally in soul-based alignment when you’re born and move out of it as you grow up. The greater “Master Plan” for Earth that The Source created for the total existence of souls incarnated includes 7 Steps, and we are on Step 6.

This sixth step that we are on now is where humanity co-creates God’s Bridge from Heaven to Earth. This bridge allows a consistent connection and experience of who you really are as the eternal, loving soul. Heaven on Earth is our destiny now as a civilization.

Psychic Energy or Universal Energy, also known as Prana Energy, is used for Psychic Healing. This energy is abundant and can be called upon on, channeled and used by anyone!

“Energy Healers” use this Psychic Healing Energy to help themselves and their clients.

Psychic Healing is different than Spiritual Healing. Both forms of healing are similar in that they can affect and change the Physical Universe, including you on all levels: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually, but they are quite different in how they are ignited, received and used.

Spiritual Healing can be called on or requested by a human. But it is up to the Source whether the spiritual energy will be transmitted to them, through them. This energy of ‘spirit’ or ‘spiritual healing’ energy has the ability to produce miracles. Miracles are true instant and complete changes to someone. Medically speaking, a miracle would produce a change in the body as though the defect was never there. Miracles bend and violate universal laws, which is why only the Source can grant them based on the highest benefit. Cultivating deeper feelings of hope and gratitude brings the greatest joy and freedom in your life.

HOPE is your optimistic outlook that there are more steps to your life, to your development, and that you can attain them. Hope is a humble, confident mindset that things are working out and will continue to work out.

GRATITUDE is an experience of being present in each moment. Fully present with each moment provides a deeper, multidimensional perspective…you simply see more that is happening. You therefore are living more in each moment because you also feel more. Gratitude is an experience of the soul that gives us a feeling that everything happening is meant to be and that everything happening is becoming something new.

Hope and Gratitude are intimately woven together, and when experienced together bring the most fulfilling joyous feelings we can know that are felt on the deepest soul level.

In fact, living in gratitude and hope is living in the universal fact and truth that:

Empaths are strong Intuitive Feelers, otherwise known as Clairsentience. You may consider yourself a ‘sensitive’ or be a healer.

A strong empath or feeler will have more of a tendency to take energies on and into them, beyond simply perceiving the energy.

Have you felt like you’re taking on other people’s energy, or had difficulty in groups of people publicly?

We are always affected by our interactions and that which we perceive in the physical world and intuitively. It’s how evolution of consciousness works. But that doesn’t mean you need to take into your energy field other people’s energy. There’s a difference.

When it comes to manifesting your destiny, we need to address vital points that nobody’s talking about.

This is an Advanced Teaching that I’ve previously only introduced to long-term clients because there is so much to learn to properly harness the power of this advanced manifesting focus. But because so many people are struggling to create the life they desire, I want to at least open your mind to what’s possible today, and what may be interfering with what you want to manifest.

First, I need to introduce you to an important spiritual teaching on the HUGE difference between the Nonphysical and Physical World.

The Nonphysical Spirit World can only serve our highest benefit – without exception! Meaning that spiritual guidance is working for the highest benefit of every person.

Whereas the Physical Universe, where we as spirit incarnate into as humans on Earth, has the potential for that which is not our highest benefit.

These two questions are highly thought about by everyone, worded in different ways.

What is my purpose? How do I expand my purpose beyond my blocks?

We want to know our purpose and we want to know how to get there as quickly and effortlessly as possible. This is true for everyone because it’s an innate, built-in yearning so that we can reveal our path, our purpose, and overcome blocks with it. We’re meant to.

Because everyone has a purpose, there is this yearning to know it and fulfill it. Living physically provides challenging experiences that benefit our soul’s evolution, and they can feel like big blocks, but there is always a way around them.

Even when we’re clear on exactly what we’re supposed to do, like Melissa and I are with New Three^® University, challenges come up and we have to navigate those challenges and road blocks. Bumps on your path are natural. Everyone experiences them. But not everyone knows how to effectively overcome them.

We’ve all felt this at some point:

“My intuition led me astray and I didn’t end up where I thought I would. What’s going on?”

It doesn’t feel good to believe that we are empowered in a direction with information from a soul level, only to find that it doesn’t seem to pan out. This directly hits on triggers in our subconscious mind around doubting, confusion and second-guessing ourselves.

People commonly experience things like:

• Getting intuition to move forward with a partner, only to not have it work out.
• Feeling to purchase something that will be ‘the solution’, but the problem did not get resolved.

So, was your intuition incorrect? Three of the most likely answers are:

During this time, this sacred, special, meaningful Holiday Season, we are encouraged to remember what we’re grateful for and share love with family and friends.

Breaking bread around the dinner table and saying prayers is a way we connect a little deeper than other times of the year with family and friends.

But have you invited all your friends and all your family to your sacred dinner table? Have you sent out invitations to the other side? I’m talking about the Nonphysical Universe and your invisible family and friends.

I see the Nonphysical Universe as well as feel, hear and know it, because I’ve developed all four of my intuitive qualities equally. Add to that, a powerful ability to communicate with spirit and my holidays are jampacked with all of my most beloved soul friends and family. My guides and deceased loved ones love attending gatherings and dinners during this time of the year, so I’m sure to include them.

One thing we all have in common is a desire for instant changes or instant gratification. By moving into a soul-based mindset, you will experience instant shifts each moment, truly.

My first passion was creating and performing music. Playing guitar in bands from age fifteen to twenty five provided me the greatest pleasure, and part of that satisfaction was how my music touched others. But I wanted more. I wanted a record deal with a real record company. Then, I wanted to write songs for major artists and produce them in the recording studio. I didn’t want to wait.

My epiphany with God on my twenty-fifth birthday showed me a new passion and purpose. Spirit has shown me a great, expansive vision of New Three^® University, and what is to come thereafter.

Seeing the future and such an enormous potential, leaves a small part of me wanting it now, whereas the bigger part of me is enjoying each step of creating this global movement under spirit, and the magic each day brings.

More importantly, I’ve learned to see the instant shifts in each moment.

Is Intuition Genetic or Can It Be Learned?

Commonly people believe that intuition is genetic, meaning passed down through a lineage or that we are born with only one or two of the four main intuitive senses of seeing, hearing, feeling and knowing. Is this true or can we learn to fully open these four intuitive qualities?

My mother was always incredibly intuitive, not only knowing things before they happen, but knowing where missing objects were located with incredible precision. She also talked to spirit. Her main spirit guide’s name is Angelica and my mom shared with me that Angelica has been with her since the beginning of her life. My earliest childhood memories are of seeing spirit.

Is there a connection between my mother’s ability and mine? Yes, but not in the way you may think. The way our abilities are connected are simply because I was in the aura or energy of these abilities being used, so it actually programmed my subconscious mind from pre-birth that not only are these abilities real, but they are accessible. In this way, my abilities were nurtured. Though it is not genetic.

Allowing our human nature to lead our lives can create messy situations, by motivating us to respond from emotional and mental triggers, or even from our preferences of what we think is best.

Our human nature may want to tell someone exactly how we feel. With our emotions running high, we can say or do things that we believe are right in the moment, but we just end up making the situation more difficult.

It’s human to feel uncomfortable around certain people or to do certain things, and because we feel uncomfortable, we think it’s a ‘sign’ that we shouldn’t be around them or do the uncomfortable things.

Discomfort is not an intuitive insight. Discomfort is independent from intuitive ‘hits’ and intuitive direction.

Your intuition simply accesses truth and knowledge of the Universe, therefore it embodies neutrality and is objective.

Allowing spirit to lead you grants access to an energy line that few people have connected to.

A few big ways people prevent spirit from leading include: procrastinating, mistrust, and not having an effective technique to hear, see, know and feel spirit.

For Melissa and I, we recently overcame the procrastination around guidance spirit gave us two years ago. They instructed us to move to snowy Big Bear Lake, California, two and a half hours from the life and people we know. Actually, the big reason we have procrastinated is because of the long, windy road going up the mountain, and the thought of driving down and back up it once a week.

But we’re making the move this week. We can feel the change happening and look forward to finally following spirit’s instructions to live there.

Sensitives are overwhelmed and affected by the energy of people, places and things.

A common question my clients ask is, “How can I not be affected by this person or situation?” You’ve probably thought this before.

Sometimes family members, your partner, coworkers, or even children, can have an energy that is overwhelming. It feels like the opposite of peace and calm.

These energies can create uncomfortable feelings in your body of hot or cold, sleepy or stimulating, mental or emotional, or even body pains and energetic ickiness. If you think about it, you can probably imagine how you’ve been uncomfortable with the energy of others daily.

There are reasons why you are affected by these external energies. As much as we’d like to believe “we’ve made it” and that “us enlightened people shouldn’t be affected by others,” we are affected.

In soul-based living, healing is understanding, therefore a perfect healing would be perfect understanding or complete awareness of self.

When cultivating awareness, it helps for us to focus on four main energies: physical, mental, emotional and soul, and their interconnected nature. The pursuit of this self-awareness can feel overwhelming at times, and people often are discouraged thinking that achieving the type of wellness they desire is not possible. But it is possible.

I’ve always had a passion for delving into the greater understanding of myself, but there has been resistance to that pursuit, even today. Being aware of the subtle resistance is the only way to overcome it. So, I seek out my resistance. It’s become part of my journey to know myself.

This week, more than ever before, my focus is on being aware of when my body wants to get up to stretch, as I’m sitting at my desk all day. My intention is to be aware and then act on the awareness I receive. I’ve found my body wants to get up and stretch or do some tai chi about every 45-60 minutes. Admittedly, I’ve not followed that body awareness with action every time, and therefore in that moment I did not choose perfect healing. I chose to ignore my healing needs. Part of my healing this week then becomes revealing and understanding the reason for sometimes ignoring what my body needs.

Out of all our intuitive qualities, intuitive seeing is the quality that makes life magical. Without intuitive seeing we would have a level of awe and depth taken away. Life would seem bland and plain.

By visualizing our goals and believing in them, they manifest incredibly stronger than otherwise.

There are visions in our minds right now. There must be, for our inner vision is co-creating our reality along with our other three intuitive qualities of hearing, feeling and knowing.

For me prophetic visions are very practical. We’re able to see future outcomes based on actions in the moment. This has helped me a lot recently with making life and death decisions regarding my mother’s terminal illness. Months ago, she was rushed to the emergency room and the doctor told me I had to make a decision and both decisions have an equal high risk of death. Using prophetic vision, I was able to follow each decision through to the end result and she pulled through wonderfully, and hasn’t been back to the hospital since.

You are clairvoyant. You’re also clairaudient, clairsentient and claircognizant. What I’m saying here is you have all four intuitive or psychic senses: intuitive seeing, hearing, feeling and knowing.

People believe they’re born with only one or two psychic senses, and this is very limiting. It limits confidence, our perception of the unseen world and therefore dampens everyday life experiences. Re-imagine what it would feel like to thrive with all four psychic senses, because all four are already on within you. It’s just a matter of recognizing it. Here’s how.

You do have an intuitive order, which means you tend to have one or two senses that are stronger than the others, but you do still have all four. First you need to identify this order. You may be aware of one of your strongest or weakest intuitive senses, but you need the full picture, so you can start exercising the ones that are weaker. People will transition in our lives, because that’s part of life.

Sometimes we do and sometimes we don’t understand why it happens, or why it happens to this person at this time. But there is always a reason for every soul’s transition into the Nonphysical Universe.

Something that we want to keep in mind is that with every transition there is a unique story behind it and illuminating the story can be incredibly healing for those that knew the person.

Through that story comes a familiarity with the soul itself, the vibration, the expression of the soul of the person.

Souls are choosing to reincarnate hundreds or thousands of times because of one main human imbalance.

We will identify and solve this imbalance, so you may feel better now and save your soul possibly hundreds of lifetimes. You can actually eliminate the need to reincarnate.

20 years of my life, from age five to twenty-five, was a very ungrounded time for me. I began school and interacting with the world in a larger way, which led me to an imbalance in my energy, causing an ungrounded energetic state of being.

I'm not sure exactly how much of those 20 years will not be included in the life experiences my soul takes back with it, but because I was ungrounded, or not present, there is a portion of those experiences not counted by my soul.

At age twenty-five, I learned about this necessity of being grounded, completely and fully, and I began teaching it to others, so they could have all of their experiences count and be used by their soul.

Mistrusting is our largest block in the way of true unconditional love.

We call stepping into unconditional love, the initiation of the soul, because when we dissolve the mistrust, your spiritual light floods into your body, mind and feelings, revealing in every instance the path of greatest benefit and love.

It can happen in one instant with just one choice. It's not always easy to choose unconditional love and this is why:

Unconditional love is not a space of the mind, so it can be confusing, leading to mistrust of it. Confusing by those observing you from the outside and confusing for the one that has crossed the threshold into unconditional love. The mind does not feel in control, because the mind cannot make sense of it. It is not a place of mental rationale, mostly.

It’s a soul sense and understanding, if you will, that’s led by an inner knowing from a connection to universal truth.

Anchoring your soul’s voice physically actually helps it manifest more clearly.

Channeling a book from your soul, or even directly from your higher power, is of the most fulfilling experiences and infinitely important, because it solidifies a real, true compass of energetic direction and wisdom that is beyond what our individual self may have knowledge of…and it’s not just for a select few, it’s an ability you have too.

I use channeled writing to bring through my books, currently published and available including Age of the Soul and Empower Our Children. The experience is incredible, invigorating and tremendously healing.

When I was called to channel my first book, it did not make sense to me. I got D’s in English class, because it was my least favorite subject. I had no idea what I would write.

I said, “Really God, me?” Source told me, “Just write.” So I did, initially channeling my first book in two weeks.

Of your four intuitive qualities, the most influential for invoking spiritual healing is your Intuitive Knowing, also known as Claircognizance. It will bring you a clearer and stronger spiritual healing, as well as increase the likelihood of God-The Source intervening on your behalf in what is called a Miracle.

Miracles happen when there is an instant, permanent change that can only be granted by the Source and will bend and break universal laws, depending on the miracle that is being granted.

An example of a miracle physical healing is with someone on life support, given a small chance of living because an organ is damaged, and they are instantly helped and changed, being healed of that ailment. This usually amazes doctors who can’t see a logical reason for such a spontaneous healing, but you do hear stories of this or perhaps have experienced this with someone close to you.

I’ve experienced a couple miracles in my life. My physical teacher, Katherine Beck, who I met when she was 82 (she crossed into the Spirit World at 88 in 2008) was a miracle healer.

As you move forward to realize your most fulfilling life and abundant health, accessing your untapped potential for healing is extremely important.

It could be said that there are three main ways to influence your life and cultivate a wellbeing that adds decades to your life, slowing or even stopping the aging process.

These three ways represent the three universes, the: Source, Nonphysical, and Physical. We're going to introduce these ways to help you master your energy, so you can live fully and purposefully.

The Physical Universe represents using your mind to reprogram your thoughts, so you can refocus your mental and emotional energies to manifest the most abundant life. We call this soul-based living, because ideally it's aligning your emotions and thoughts with your soul's true loving perspective. When this happens, an untapped potential is released.

You are not alone, ever, and we're not speaking about the lofty way it's often talked about with God and spirit guides always being 'there'. This support goes far beyond a 'presence' and bridges the gap into the physical world to help you with your practical challenges and everyday choices of life.

There will be a point in your life—Invite It In Now—when you will decide to bring the relationship with your higher power into a tangible place, where spirit can provide you with answers, solutions and your deepest soul desires. Because in those deepest desires, lies the forward path into your life purpose and accomplishing it.

You see, the energetic direction of where you’re meant to go and who you’re meant to travel with is always knocking at the door. It's always tapping you on the shoulder. . .and you feel it. For some people, they actually see it in vision. Others know it with confidence. For some it's subtle and others it's strong.
